Nanodators provide all manner of IT services, including technical support, remote monitoring, procurement/supply of equipment and consultancy/design services.

We are uniquely positioned to provide an "IT Bridge" between Latvia and the UK, with a close working partnership with UK IT companies - meaning we can support companies that have a presence in both locations.

Technical Support

  • Manned helpdesk 10am to 8pm Monday to Friday
  • On-site technical support available every day (by prior arrangement) 8am to 8pm.

Our manned helpdesk provides technical support in English, Latvian and Russian.

Remote Monitoring

We operate a 24/7/365 monitoring system for clients internet connections, servers and services. With an on-call service, we are able to provide out-of-hours technical support when required.

Constant monitoring of of low hard drive space, high processor usage or high network traffic allows us to identify and resolve problems before a significant incident occurs.

We are partners with all major IT distributors in Latvia, and have partnerships with other EU IT distributors to provide competetive pricing on a wide range of IT hardware and software:

LV/UK IT Bridge

We work closely with Jaytag Computer in the UK, who provide managed services to hundreds of clients throughout London and the South East of England.

Our close working relationship means that we can provide on-site support to London based branch offices of Latvian companies, and vice versa. Our multi-lingual support desk can provide support in English, Latvian and Russian, further bridging the gap between the two countries.
